LATE SHOWS:
We understand that sometimes your appointment gets delayed or there is an emergency and you are late for your scheduled pickup. Our drivers will wait 30 minutes for you. If your appointment lasts over 30 minutes, we'll still pick you up but we request that you give us a call so we can send our next available driver to pick you up.
CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel a trip, we require a 24 hour advance notice prior to your pick-up time in order to issue a refund on pre-paid trips. Trips cancelled within a 24 hour period of time will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.

* Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 30 miles from our office location in Bourbonnais, IL 60914, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile will be incurred in addition to other rates.
** Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over 30 miles from office that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $25.00 per hour for passenger transportation and wheelchair transportation, or $50.00 per hour for shuttle, billed at 15-minute increments, will be incurred in addition to other rates.
